- Slow computer Takes forever to start and everything stutters? We find the cause - from a bloated system to an old disk - and give the computer its pace back.
- Computer won't boot Black screen, blue screen, restart loop. We work out whether it's software or hardware, and fix it.
- Speed up with an SSD The single most effective upgrade for an older machine. We swap the disk for an SSD and move your system and data - boot from minutes to seconds.
- Cleaning & thermal paste Loud fan and overheating? We clean the inside and replace the thermal paste. Quieter running and a longer life for the computer.
- Windows install & reinstall A clean system with drivers, updates and the basic software. Optionally with a full office setup too.
- New PC setup Bought a new computer? We move your user, data and email, set up the printer and Wi-Fi. It works like the old one - just faster.
- Backup & data recovery We back up what matters, or try to recover data from a working disk - before you lose it for good.
- Component replacement Disk, memory, fan, power supply. We supply the part or fit yours - and test everything.

Pickup & delivery
Don't want to carry the computer around? We pick it up at your place and bring it back after the repair.
Workshop in Úvaly
You can bring the computer to our workshop at Klánovická 1309 in Úvaly (Prague-East). We don't charge travel then.

A package includes the fixed scope listed above. We stand behind the result within that scope. Extra work beyond the package (other software, a different problem, a second device) is billed at the hourly rate of 1,210 Kč/h incl. VAT (min. 30 min, then per 15 min). We always tell you up front.

Sometimes the problem doesn't stop at one computer
During a repair we sometimes find that the root of the trouble is elsewhere - in a backup that never ran, a network that keeps stalling, or security that stopped being enough long ago. When we spot something like that, we tell you - and if you want, we take care of that too. Under one roof, from one person.

How much does a computer repair cost?
Diagnostics are 0 Kč if you go ahead with the repair. If you decline, diagnostics are 600 Kč. Fixed-price packages run from 1,200 Kč (cleaning) to 2,990 Kč (full reinstall, SSD upgrade) incl. VAT. Do you repair laptops too?
Yes. We service laptops the same way as desktops - from cleaning and thermal paste to swapping the disk for an SSD and reinstalling the system.
Will I lose my data during the repair?
When we replace a disk we move the whole contents to the new one, so everything stays as you are used to it. To be safe we recommend a backup before the work, which we can do for you as part of the package.
How long does a repair take?
Common repairs and packages are usually done the same day (PC first aid 2-2.5 h, cleaning 1-2 h, SSD upgrade 2-3 h). A full Windows reinstall takes 3-4 h. For bigger jobs we confirm the timing with the quote. Need it now? We offer express repair within 24 hours.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the computer in?
We usually pick the computer up at your place and bring it back after the repair. Travel within Prague-East is a flat 600 Kč incl. VAT, otherwise +12 Kč/km. If you want to save, bring the computer to the workshop in Úvaly (Klánovická 1309) - we don't charge travel then, so you save 600 Kč.
What warranty do you give?
Packages carry a 3-month warranty on the result. If the problem the package addressed returns from the same cause, we fix it under warranty at no further cost.
Replaced parts carry the supplier's warranty per the receipt (typically 24 months on a new SSD, RAM or battery).
For devices over 6 years old, refurbished second-hand, or repaired against our recommendation, the warranty on the service work is limited to 30 days (confirmed on the job sheet at intake).
Is it worth repairing an older computer?
Often yes - swapping the disk for an SSD, for instance, gives an older computer years of life for a fraction of the price of a new one. At diagnostics we tell you straight whether a repair is worth it. If we recommend a new computer, we can help you choose it and move all your data.
