How much does a computer repair cost?
Diagnostics 0 Kč with a follow-up repair, otherwise 600 Kč incl. VAT. For households, fixed-price packages: extensive on-site repair 2,300 Kč, full SSD upgrade 2,400 Kč + disk, full Windows reinstall 3,000 Kč. Hourly rate 1,210 Kč/h incl. VAT. Bring the computer to the Úvaly workshop and you save the travel fee. Details on the price list.
Do you help remotely too?
Yes, we solve many problems remotely over a secure connection (TeamViewer, AnyDesk). Remote help 605 Kč / 30 min incl. VAT.
Do you come to our office?
Yes. For businesses we invoice without VAT, hourly rate 1,000 Kč/h without VAT at the client. Retainer clients get individual terms. Travel within Prague-East a flat 600 Kč incl. VAT, otherwise +12 Kč/km.
